Ahead of her singles run at the 2025 US Open, Coco Gauff thrilled fans by joining the Stars of Open Exhibition at New York’s iconic Arthur Ashe Stadium. Held on Thursday, the lively event brought together tennis greats and sporting icons in a celebratory showcase leading into the season’s final Grand Slam.

The exhibition featured a glittering lineup, including Venus Williams, Andre Agassi, and John McEnroe, alongside the reigning French Open champion Gauff. Adding a special twist, women’s soccer icon Alex Morgan stepped in for Agassi to partner Gauff. Together, the pair displayed teamwork and flair, overcoming the formidable duo of Venus and McEnroe in an entertaining match.

Sharing pictures from the evening, Gauff expressed her joy on social media: “So much fun last night being on the best court in the world with some absolute legends.”

Gauff’s exhibition appearance followed a stellar 2025 season in which she made history at Roland Garros. The 20-year-old captured her first French Open title, defeating World No.1 Aryna Sabalenka 6-7(5), 6-2, 6-4 in the final. It was her second Grand Slam crown, making her the first American woman since Serena Williams in 2015 to triumph in Paris.
