On Tuesday, August 26, Kohli shared an Instagram story to honor the Saurashtra stalwart, writing:

Pujara’s illustrious Test career spanned 103 matches, where he amassed 7,195 runs at an impressive average of 43.60, including 19 centuries and 35 half-centuries. He also featured in five ODIs, scoring 51 runs.
