Barbados, June 18, 2024 – Amid the excitement of the ongoing 2024 T20 World Cup, Indian wicketkeeper-batter Rishabh Pant took time out to connect with his fans. During a training session in Florida, Pant delighted supporters by giving autographs, a gesture that was captured in a video shared on X (formerly Twitter). The session took place after India’s final group-stage game against Canada was abandoned due to a wet outfield.

The Men in Blue have now moved to Barbados to prepare for the Super Eight stage of the tournament. In the video, Pant can be seen signing a bat and a cap for eager fans, showcasing his approachable and generous nature.
Since returning to international cricket after a serious car crash over a year ago, Rishabh Pant has shown excellent form. He scored 36*, 42, and 18 runs against Ireland, Pakistan, and the USA, helping India win all three matches and advance to the next round of the tournament.
At just 26 years old, Pant has also demonstrated his prowess behind the stumps, taking seven catches in the three games played so far. As India gears up for the Super Eight stage, Pant will aim to maintain his impressive form and continue his contributions to the team’s success.
